11 Months!

Hi!

I turned 11 months today! Overall, a pretty good day. Had Cheerios for breakfast (my standard fare) with Mom and Dad. Another excellent day at daycare, which included a buggy ride. Then, I came home for my monthly pictures. After pictures, we went on our nightly walk then came home for dinner - which included more Cheerios and my new finger food - pasta! I had noodles for the first time yesterday. Most of the noodles ended up on the floor, but what I got in mouth was good. Tonight, it served as a nice start to my sweet potato, squash, and pea dinner.

I'm getting to be pretty good for the camera. I feel this is an opportune time to show Mom and Dad just how much more I can move around. Back when I was younger, I was willing to just sit there and let them take as many pictures as they like. Now, I like to push the envelope - get more action shots. Oh you should see how they try to get me to hold still, but I'm a baby on the go.

Ciao!

April 25, 2010 - Finally

Finally! Finally, my parents have granted me internet acccess so I can expouse my views as I see fit. It's taken a long time, but hopefully this will be a quick way for me to updated everyone on what I am doing, and the trials and tribulations of raising two parents.

I'll try to update history later, but right now I am really enjoying my new found ability to crawl. For about 3 1/2 weeks now, I have been moving around the house. It's great because, now I can monitor Mom and Dad's activities wherever they go. I also really enjoy opening and closing doors. I love to laugh - especially at my dad; he thinks he's really funny, but really, he's just embarassing himself.

Perhaps, my greatest skill is the mastery of "So Big". I just raise my hands and Mom and Dad start laughing and repeating everything I do. They're so easily entertained. Seriously guys, I'm just raising my hands up in the air.

I enjoy eating a variety of foods. Currently, breakfast is mango and banana, lunch is carrots and beans, and dinner is sweet potatoes, acorn squash, and peas. New this week is a super-porridge Mom made me; it's a variety of beans and lentils - super high in protein.
In addition to eating, yesterday, I began sitting up by myself.

I'll do my best to update as frequently as possible, but my parents are so unpredictable I don't know if I will have a consistant timeline.

Peace out.
